Stockkeeper - Food and Beverages

Description of the vacancy

Main Objective of the Job:

To perform quotes and purchases of products for the Food and Beverages department.

To inspect received merchandise and ensure correct storage of items, according to established standards and procedures.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

To make purchases at the hotel, within established standards, seeking always the best price, term, and quality.

To seek out new suppliers and recommend them to management, aiming to expand supply options.

To receive merchandise, verifying documentation and items, taking action in cases of irregularities, and confirming receipt by stamp and signature.

To store materials in the main warehouse areas, organizing them according to established locations, using the PEPS system, with a view to proper conditioning and integrity of received items, in accordance with current legislation.

To launch invoices in the Almoxarifado system. To issue reports and forward them, first for approval and then to the accounting office of the unit (CAF / Ascon / Others), within required deadlines.

To separate materials according to received requests, making them available for delivery, according to established procedures. To make inventory adjustments in the Almoxarifado system.

To control stock levels (minimum and maximum) to perform necessary purchase requests. To verify stock turns and expiration dates of materials, informing responsible areas.

To conduct inventory of warehouse and stock materials, as well as send relevant information to the accounting office of the unit (CAF / Ascon / Others).

To prepare discrepancy reports for products, comparing initial, final, and sales data, and forward them to competent areas for justifications.

If a customer preference is identified, share this information with the Reception team, updating the ACDC to personalize products and services for each guest and make their experiences surprising at each stay.

To be an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in service culture animation actions.

To follow manager instructions regarding selective collection and consumption of water and energy, aiming to meet environmental objectives.

To execute other correlated tasks, according to the area's needs.
