Description of the post Main responsibilities: Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries of materials and supplies. Organize and store stocks in designated warehouse areas using appropriate labeling and categorization. Keep precise inventory records using manual registers and/or warehouse management systems (WMS). Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to sales or distribution calendars or deadlines. Ensure the proper storage and handling of goods, taking into account their condition, quantity and expiration dates. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with inventory records. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with other warehouse staff members to achieve efficient and effective inventory management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
