Stock Keeper (M/F) - La Samaritaine - Permanent Contract

We are looking for the talents of a Stock Keeper (M/F) for 35 hours for Octobre Editions to join our retail teams.
This position is based at La Samaritaine in Paris (75).

Reporting to the Director of the Apartment, your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure efficient stock management

In the Apartment:

• Ensure proper reception of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, scanning, stocking);
• Record deliveries following the established processes;
• Carry out daily replenishment of the store while respecting merchandising standards;
• Ensure the good condition of the stockroom by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal organization;
• Monitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between stores;
• Participate in store inventories (cycle, monthly, fiscal);

• Respond to the needs of the sales team by providing them with the items requested by customers on the floor.
  

In the Concierge Service:

• Ensure proper management of after-sales service (processing and refunds);
• Oversee the sending of items for repair;
• Integrate, scan, and stock Click & Collect orders;
• Verify pending Click & Collect orders (refund, return, customer follow-up).

Deliver a unique customer experience

• Have perfect knowledge of the stock to meet customer expectations as effectively as possible;
• Facilitate the link between stock and the sales floor through structured organization;
• Ensure products are presented according to Octane standards;
• Be an ambassador for the brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);
• Show curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products;
• Know our CSR policy to answer customer questions.

Ensure brand image

• Participate in the proper presentation of products by highlighting new arrivals;
• Assist the Visual Merchandiser or Visual Merchandising Lead in preparing new layouts;
• Verify the organization and labeling of products in the stockroom;
• Ensure product quality through meticulous stocking;
• Propose merchandising adjustments to optimize product rotation in stock;
• Ensure daily replenishment of the Apartment and perfect organization of the stockrooms.

• You are autonomous and reactive, to optimize the organization of replenishment and new arrivals;
  Meticulous and diligent, you handle products with the utmost care;
• You understand the challenges of Retail and do not hesitate to adapt quickly and effectively;
• Managing priorities and time does not scare you;
  A good communicator, you respond to salespeople's requests to satisfy customer needs;
• Do you like teamwork?
