STEWART (Dishwasher)

Clean/ wash dishes, pots and utensils in the kitchen, as well as maintain clean and organized areas of the kitchen, ensuring the required conditions of hygiene and cleanliness.

• Clean/wash dishes, pots and utensils in the kitchen, manually, and/or through the machine.
• Perform general cleaning of dependencies and installations in the kitchen, including equipment, dining room, coffee shop and all food circulation areas.
• Carry out waste collection, separate/tri and direct to recycling locations pre-established.
• Apply relevant food safety practices pertinent to the area;
• Clean, separate, organize and store kitchen materials and utensils.
• Set up and take down dining rooms, arranging and/or removing plates, cutlery and napkins, as well as conduct and allocate food containers in appropriate areas.
• Perform other related tasks according to the needs of the area.
