We are looking for a committed, organized, and detail-oriented Steward to join the team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and operational support of the kitchen and food & beverage areas, contributing to the excellence of the services offered to guests and employees.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform the sanitization of dishes, utensils, pots, equipment, and other materials used in Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of kitchens, pantries, production areas, cold rooms, storage areas, and support areas.
• Carry out the collection and proper disposal of waste, following internal procedures and sanitary standards.
• Assist in the storage of materials and supplies, ensuring the correct organization of stocks.
• Support the kitchen and events team in the setup, dismantling, and movement of equipment when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and work safety standards.
• Identify needs for replenishment of cleaning materials and utensils.
• Ensure the conservation of company equipment and assets.

Requirements

• Completed Elementary School education.
• Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Assistant, General Services Assistant, or similar roles will be considered a differential.
• Basic knowledge of good hygiene practices and food handling.
• Availability to work on a schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform activities that require moderate physical effort.
