Job description
Join our team as a Steward, supporting the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots or pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
- Place clean plates, utensils or kitchen equipment in designated storage areas.
- Maintain work areas, equipment or kitchen utensils clean and organized.
- Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving
- Sweep or mop floors
- Clean trash cans with water or steam
- Sort or remove trash by placing it in designated collection zones
- Meet attendance standards and be available to work regularly.
- Perform any other task related to the job that is assigned.
