Job description

• Wash/handle dishes, pots and utensils in the kitchen, manually, and/or through the machine.
• Execute general cleaning of dependencies and installations in the kitchen, including equipment, dining room, coffee shop and all food circulation areas.
• Carry out waste collection, separate/tri and direct to recycling at pre-established locations.
• Apply good practices of food safety relevant to the area;
• Clean, separate, organize and store kitchen materials and utensils.
• Set up and disassemble dining rooms, arranging or removing plates, cutlery and napkins, as well as directing and allocating food containers in appropriate areas.
• Execute other related tasks according to the area's needs.
