Your Tasks

• Independent and reliable support of assigned clients

• Pre-booking and ongoing financial accounting

• Checking and quality assurance of accounting

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns in cooperation with the tax advisor

• Point of contact for clients on accounting and tax issues

• You have the team's back: With your diligence, you ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly and on time

With growing experience and depending on your profile:

• Independent assumption of preparatory closing work

• Support with tax-related issues

• Close cooperation with tax advisors on client mandates

Goal of the role: Reliability in day-to-day business
The focus of the role is the clean, timely processing of ongoing accounting and client support. You bring routine and security to the daily work routine and ensure that the team can rely on a stable professional foundation – without constant readjustment.

We work with digital and AI-supported systems that take over routine tasks for you, so you can concentrate on the professionally demanding parts of your work.

What you bring

• Completed training as a Tax Assistant
  (Further training as a Tax Specialist or Certified Accountant is welcome)

• Sound professional knowledge in financial accounting

• Experience in independent client support

• Ideally, initial experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns

• High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility for timely processes

• Structured, meticulous, and calm working style, even with a high volume of client mandates

• Openness to digital solutions
