Taxforce is building a modern, AI-powered tax firm. We combine classic tax quality with digital processes and are deliberately building our firm without established old structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent support of permanent clients

• Pre-posting and ongoing financial accounting

• Review and quality assurance of accounting

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns in cooperation with the tax advisor

• Contact person for clients on accounting and tax issues

With growing experience and depending on your profile:

• More independent assumption of preliminary closing work

• Support with tax issues

• Close cooperation with tax advisors on client matters

Goal of the role: Create structure & continuously improve processes

In addition to the professional support of our clients, an important goal of the role is to further develop our internal workflows.

This means specifically:

• Regularly review existing processes

• Identify simplifications in daily work

• Recognize automation potential

• Test and implement new workflows in a structured manner

We work with digital and AI-supported systems to reduce routine tasks and increase quality.

With your practical experience, you will help us to use and further develop these systems meaningfully.

What you bring

• Completed training as a Tax Specialist Assistant
  (Further training as a Tax Specialist or Accountant is welcome)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a tax firm

• Sound technical knowledge in financial accounting

• Experience in independent client support

• Ideally, initial experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns

• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working

• Enjoyment of clear processes and clean working methods

• Openness to digital solutions and new ways of working
