Job description
To strengthen the team of Heinßen & Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, we are looking for a dedicated Tax Assistant (m/f/d) in Minden, Westphalia.
- Independent processing of ongoing bookkeeping for clients
- Independent handling of all payroll and salary calculations
- Direct exchange with clients, support in operational business
- Correspondence with tax authorities and other institutions
- Annual financial statements & tax returns (optional – depending on qualifications and interest)
- Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant or Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
- Financial accounting
- Payroll and salary calculation
- Client support
- Correspondence with tax authorities
- Ideally: Addison knowledge
- Ideally: Preparation of annual financial statements
- Ideally: Tax returns
- Ideally: Digitalization
- Knowledge of Addison is an advantage
