Part-time Tax Clerk (m/w/d)

Nielsen Design GmbH is a leading European manufacturer of aluminum and wood picture frames, aluminum profiles, and provider of passe-partouts, picture glass, framing accessories, wall decoration, and textiles. As an owner-managed company, the company employs more than 300 employees at its headquarters in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. In addition to the main office, two subsidiaries are located in England and France. To meet our customers' needs not only on sales floors but also online through various e-commerce distribution channels.

Tasks

• Surety of timely preparation of payroll and salary statements
• Prior processing of notification and certification matters, as well as cooperation with authorities and social insurance providers
• Maintenance of time recording system and support in other administrative topics as needed
• Participation in financial accounting and annual statement preparation
• Support in tax-related questions
• Participation in digitalization projects in financial accounting and personnel department

Qualification

• Completed training as a tax clerk or equivalent commercial training with corresponding further education
• Multiple years of professional experience in the area of payroll accounting and financial accounting
• In-depth knowledge of tax and social insurance law
• Safe handling of MS Office and other digital tools, ideally experiences with tisoware and Sage HR Suite
• Structured, independent working style and sense of responsibility when dealing with sensitive data
• Communication skills, team ability, and a solution-oriented approach
