Tax Consultant & Advisor for IT and Digitalization (remote) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

1. Implementation of Pre-Systems

• You analyze the business processes of our clients and develop solutions for an optimal financial accounting process based on available pre-systems.
• You implement the chosen pre-systems together with the client and train them in its use.
• You document the introduced processes and hand them over to the team for ongoing monthly implementation.

2. DATEV Administration & Internal Support

• You support our internal office administration and right management of DATEV.
• You perform DATEV data transfers to efficiently take on new clients.
• You support colleagues with DATEV problems using your specialized knowledge.

3. Reporting & Business Economic Evaluations

• You develop individual reports and business economic evaluations for clients.
• You use your finance understanding to prepare relevant key figures and deliver the client's accounting in a desired manner.

4. Customer Communication & Project Management

• You keep all parties informed about project progress.
• You create implementation plans with time estimates and update them as needed.
• You are able to maintain an overview even when working on multiple parallel projects and prioritize tasks.

Qualification

Your Profile

Educational Background & Experience

• You have completed a training as a tax consultant or a comparable further education to become an accountant.
• Ideal candidates have worked in both a law firm and a company, knowing both perspectives.

Factual Competences

• You are very experienced with DATEV office accounting, including administration and data transfers.
• You have a very good knowledge of various pre-systems that can be linked to DATEV.
• You possess a business economic finance understanding for accounting logics, reports, and key figures.
• Your Excel skills are excellent; you can perform complex data processing, structuring, and manual system connections.
• Experience with other FiBu or ERP tools like Odoo, Business Central, Sage, or Diamant is an advantage.

• You work solution-oriented, structured, and independently, even when working on multiple parallel projects.
• You are willing to learn and enjoy getting familiar with new systems and processes.
