Tax Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Tax Consultant (m/w/d) who has an interest in a modern, well-organized law firm in central Hamburg.

Our client is a established tax consulting firm with a manageable size, a stable client base and a team where you know each other. Not anonymous, not huge, not "please take out your ticket and wait until the department responds." Rather: short distances, clear agreements and a tone that still sounds human on Monday morning.

The main clients are medium-sized companies, freelancers and demanding private clients. Exactly the right mix of routine, variety and occasionally "we should take a closer look at this once in a while."

Tasks

You will process financial accounting, tax returns and annual accounts and support ongoing client care.

You will review documents, accounts and evaluations, keep deadlines in mind and ensure that clients do not hear about something only when the deadline has already passed with blue lights through the Speicherstadt.

You will communicate with clients, financial authorities and internal colleagues – friendly, connected and with the necessary calmness, if ELSTER is flying like a majestic eagle again, but rather like a seagull with headwind.

You will work with DATEV and MS Office and are happy to contribute when processes become digital, cleaner or simply less nerve-wracking.

Qualification

You have completed training as a Tax Consultant or equivalent qualification in the tax field.

You know your way around financial accounting and ideally already have experience with tax returns and/or annual accounts.

DATEV is not foreign to you. If you also know companies online, the team will be happy. If not: no drama, that can be learned.

You work carefully, reliably and keep an overview even when three clients simultaneously "just have a quick question".

What's most important is that you like clear structures, good teamwork and a working method where quality matters more than law firm theater.
