Payroll Clerk or Entgeltabrechnerin (w/m/d) plus Homeoffice-Option

We are looking for an experienced developer as

PAYROLL / PAYMENT PROCESSING / SALARY CALCULATOR (w/m/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience from a tax consulting firm and knowledge in Datev Lodas.

In your new position, you will calculate the salaries of employees from two of the eight locations (no tax consulting, no client accounting!).

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 60,000 € p.a.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• You create salary calculations, including special features such as honorarium accounting
• You are the reliable point of contact for employees whose salaries you calculate, answering questions about their salary calculations
• You calculate wages and social insurance contributions and report them to the relevant authorities
• In addition, you communicate with social security institutions, health insurance companies, and authorities
• You also work on account reconciliation (salary and wage accounts).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have successfully completed a commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel or payroll accounting or even as a tax clerk
• You have at least three years of professional experience in payroll accounting in a tax consulting firm
• You have already worked with Datev Lodas and gained fundamental experience here
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally.
