Tax Consultant (m/w/d)

RST Beratung is a nationwide consulting group with tax consulting, auditing, and legal consulting. At our location in Zwickau, we work in a 7-person team with short distances, clear coordination, and digital processes (DATEV). It's important to us that work remains planable, development is possible, and the team stays together.

Tasks

• Independent management of the financial accounting for clients from various industries
• Participation in preparing and creating annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for private individuals and companies
• Communication with tax authorities and government agencies
• Support during audits
• Participation in client meetings and annual financial statement presentations (depending on role/experience)
• Optional: If you'd like, you can also take over additional payroll accounting for clients

Qualification

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Tax Consultant (m/w/d)
• Meticulous, structured work style and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and professional communication – internally and with clients

This is a plus (not a must)

• Experience with DATEV (especially Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, or online for companies) and MS Office
• Practical experience in annual financial statements/taxation – or the desire to develop this further
