Tax Consultant (m/w/d) with 38 Hour Week

We are a digitally working, growing tax firm in Speyer with focuses on tax planning and support for clients from the free professions, entrepreneurs, and property owners. In addition to classical tax consulting, we also support our clients in the area of process optimization/digitalization and other business-related questions.

Our team currently consists of 9 people, and our modern, air-conditioned office offers plenty of space for you.

Tasks

You will be responsible for a fixed client base. Your tasks include:

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns (main activity)
• Financial accounting
• Experience in the area of labor law is super, but not necessary
• Counseling your clients on everyday questions (e.g. expense account, 1% rule, advance payments, etc.)
• Support for your clients in digitalizing their accounting and settlement processes (depending on your experience)
• Supporting your colleagues

Qualification

You should bring the following qualifications

• You should have completed a vocational training or degree in the field of taxation
• DATEV knowledge is desirable, but not necessarily required
• You are open-minded towards the topic of digitalization
• Preferring clear processes and uniform working methods
• High service orientation and communication skills
• Courteous, yet determined demeanor
• Teamwork and willingness to learn
• Discretion, punctuality, and reliability
