To strengthen our team completely remotely, we're looking for an engaged Tax Clerk (m/w/d) who wants to lead the financial processes of our clients with structure and digital drive.

Aufgaben

• Solid Financial Accounting: You take over the ongoing financial accounting for a fixed circle of diverse clients independently.
• Closing Support: You're heavily involved in preparing and supporting the preparation of monthly and annual closing statements according to HGB.
• Digital Process Management: You accompany and guide clients through paperless, digital workflows and use modern DMS systems for a completely paperless filing system.
• Client Support: You're the first point of contact for questions about ongoing accounting and maintain a service-oriented exchange without 'expert jargon'.
• Quality Control: Through your structured working method, you ensure that all accounts are neatly reconciled and deadlines are met exactly.

Qualification

• Fundamental Education: You have successfully completed a training program for Tax Clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in the financial sector.
• DATEV Pro: You master the DATEV ecosystem, particularly DATEV Accounting and DATEV Company Online (DUO).
• Closing Security: You bring solid knowledge of HGB and have already successfully contributed to preparing annual closing statements.
• Digital Mindset: A paperless office is your standard. You enjoy working with document management systems (DMS) and optimize digital workflows.
• Structured Working Method: Your work style is characterized by thoroughness, reliability, and a clean documentation process.Kommunikationsstärke: You work independently in the home office, but are still an absolute team player with strong digital communication skills.
