Tax Consultant for Advisory (m/w/d)

The Desch Digital GmbH is a consulting firm that specializes entirely in the digital further development of tax offices. Our claim is to relieve tax consultants noticeably, make processes simpler, and set up teams so that the office really runs smoothly.

Tasks

• You accompany our clients closely in video calls and via WhatsApp and are their first point of contact for all questions.
• You don't just help with planning, but also implement the measures discussed.
• You advise comprehensively on topics: Digitalization, Positioning, and internal processes
• You prepare appointments carefully and ensure that nothing is left behind.
• You actively bring yourself into the further development of our consulting offer

Qualification

• Training as a tax consultant or comparable training
• Alternatively: Extensive experience in processes and procedures in tax offices
• Clear communication to convey technical solutions in an understandable way
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German language skills
• Desirable: Professional experience in a tax office or consulting for tax offices
