Tax Assistant - Financial Accounting / Payroll Accounting (m/f/d)

• You will independently manage the financial accounting for a fixed client base and are their primary point of contact.
• You will be responsible for the timely processing of payroll and salary accounting, including all related notifications.
• You will actively participate in the digitalization of our firm's processes and support our clients in the transition to digital systems.
• You will assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, working closely with firm management.
• You will identify innovation potential in workflows and proactively contribute ideas for increasing efficiency.

Profile

• You have completed training as a Tax Assistant or have a comparable qualification.
• You already have sound professional experience in payroll and financial accounting.
• Digitalization is more than a buzzword for you: you are enthusiastic about new technologies and ideally have initial experience with tools like DATEV Unternehmen online.
• Your working method is careful, structured, and self-reliant, while you always think and act in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have fluent German language skills for professional communication with clients and within the team.
