Tax Assistant as Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) in a Prime Location (Stuttgart-City!)

For a financially well-positioned service company with eight locations nationally and internationally and 750 employees, we are looking for you as

PAYROLL EMPLOYEE / PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT / SALARY ACCOUNTANT / (m/f/d).

In your new position, you will handle payroll for employees at two of the eight locations (no tax advice, no client accounting!).

Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €60,000 p.a. here.

Your new employer, located in a prime Stuttgart city location, offers you a home office component of one day per week after successful onboarding, as well as numerous benefits.

The full-time position is to be filled through personal placement. This means: From the start, you will have a permanent employment contract with your new employer, who wishes to employ you for many years to come.

Tasks

Voilà, this is what your new job looks like!

• You will create payroll statements, including specific details such as fee statements
• You will be the reliable point of contact for employees you process payroll for, regarding questions about their salary statements
• You will calculate wage tax and social security contributions and report them to the relevant authorities
• In addition, you will communicate with social security institutions, health insurance providers, and authorities
• Furthermore, you will participate in account reconciliation (salary and wage accounts).

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Good mood, desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources or payroll accounting, or even as a tax assistant
• You have at least three years of professional experience in payroll accounting in a tax consultancy
• You have already worked with Datev Lodas and gained sound experience in it
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken
