Payroll Clerk (w/m/d) from a Tax Consultancy Firm

We are looking for an experienced developer as

PAYROLL CLERK / SALARY CALCULATOR / PAYROLL (w/m/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience from a tax consultancy firm and knowledge in Datev Lodas

for an economically well-established service company with eight locations nationally and internationally and 750 employees.

In your new position, you will calculate the salaries of two of the eight locations' employees (no tax consulting, no client accounting!).

Your new employer with a seat in the best Stuttgart city location offers you a home office share of one day per week after successful onboarding, as well as numerous benefits.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 60,000 € p.a.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Tasks

This is what your new job looks like!

• You create salary calculations, including special features such as honorarium calculations.
• You are the reliable point of contact for questions about salaries and salary calculations for the employees you calculate.
• You calculate wages and social insurance contributions and report them to the relevant authorities.
• In addition, you communicate with health insurance companies, authorities, and other institutions.
• You also work on account reconciliation (salary and wage accounts).

Qualification

• You have completed a successful vocational training in business administration, ideally with a focus on personnel or salary calculation, or even as a tax clerk.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in salary calculation in a tax consultancy firm.
• You have already worked with Datev Lodas and gained fundamental experience here.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
