Tasks: Processing of debtor, creditor, asset, and fixed asset accounting Account reconciliation and debt collection Verification, counting, and recording of incoming and outgoing invoices Conducting payment transactions Support in project recalculation Preparation of analyses and reports based on DATEV evaluations Maintenance of internal lists and support in liquidity and GUV planning General administrative tasks to relieve the management Participation in monthly closings Requirements: Experience in accounting or a comparable position Ideally, knowledge of DATEV (training possible) Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word) Structured and independent working style Teamwork and good communication skills Even lateral entrants with numerical affinity are welcome!
