Tax Expert (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Point of contact for internal and external tax questions
• Punctual submission of turnover tax declaration and comprehensive Intrastat report
• Closely working together with the tax consultant team
• Preparation of annual statements for trade tax, value-added tax, and corporate tax
• Participation in special topics (transfer pricing, tax treatment of new customers, changed business processes)
• Supporting the controlling and accounting teams as well as other departments to ensure the correct implementation of tax-related and general accounting issues
• Support in optimizing financial processes and workflows

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience as a tax clerk/bookkeeper with tax experience of at least 5 years
• Good knowledge of the accounting principles of the HGB and German/European tax law (value-added tax law is advantageous)
• Pleasure in working in an international team
• A very structured way of working and a high affinity to numbers
• A high degree of flexibility, empathy, resilience, and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MS Office
• Very good language skills in English and German
