Aufgaben

Your Tasks.

As a Design Consultant for Restructuring and Business Succession, you can expect an exciting and challenging field of activity. As a tax expert, you will develop individual design concepts in close collaboration with the responsible partner for each mandate and accompany their implementation until completion. Tailored solutions and strategies will be developed by you to successfully guide companies through sensitive restructuring phases. You will lead our clients through tax and legal challenges and support them as a trusted partner. In this role, you will serve as a cross-location consultant for the LKC group. Your professional seat would be located in one of our partner law firms in Regensburg (AWP Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH), Augsburg (GRP Günter Reitmayer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG) or Munich (W&R WEIGELL RECHTSANWÄLTE). Your consulting assignments will be generated by law firms within the LKC group, so you will also handle regional assignments, with a focus on southern Germany. In this role, you can use your expertise in a dynamic environment and continuously develop yourself.

Among other things, you can expect the following tasks:

• Preparation and operational implementation of transformations, restructuring, and succession consulting
• Tax consulting for business succession and accompaniment in the preparation of required contracts and further legal measures
• Preparation of expert opinions and statements

Qualifikation

Your Profile.

• SUCCESSFUL completion of tax consultant exam and/or second law degree
• Ideal candidate with several years of experience as a tax consultant and/or lawyer in design consulting
• Fundamental knowledge of tax, business, and legal matters with a focus on transformation (tax) law and inheritance tax law
• Engaged, entrepreneurial, and independent working style
• DATEV- and MS-Office skills desirable
• Communicative personality and joy in exchanging with clients
