We are an experienced founding team of firm managers and entrepreneurs with an exit track record of €140 million and are looking for ambitious personalities in the early stages of our VC-funded startup to build one of Germany's leading tax firms with us.

Responsibilities

• Reserved Duties & Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for core tax advisory services – supported by state-of-the-art AI and automation tools that minimize routine tasks and enable depth.

• Client Management: You will set up new clients, support them long-term, and build sustainable relationships.

• Service Portfolio Development: You will actively develop our offering – with a focus on digital advisory services, closely integrated with Tech & Operations.

• Firm Acquisitions: You will support the selection and integration of acquired firms, contributing tax expertise and judgment.

• Growth Strategy: You will shape our growth agenda – through client acquisition and strategic impulses from tax practice.

   

Qualifications

• Technical Excellence: Passed tax advisor examination and proven technical depth – you are proficient in your core competencies.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think in possibilities, not limitations. You want to build things, not just manage them.

• Build-up Experience: Experience in firm building or in the further development of tax advisory services – ideally in a growth-oriented environment.

• Client Competence: Proven success in building and managing client relationships and tax teams.

• Tech Enthusiasm: You see digital tools as a lever, not a threat – and want to actively shape what modern advisory looks like.
