About Our Client

Our client is an established tax consulting firm with a clear focus on comprehensive support for doctors. Through many years of specialization, the firm possesses in-depth know-how in all tax and business administration issues within the healthcare sector.

• Independent tax support of an existing client base with a focus on doctors
• Preparation and finalization of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Ongoing tax advice on all tax and duty law matters
• Support for practice founding, practice acquisitions, and practice expansions
• Advice on the merging of practices and group practices
• Support for the admission and departure of partners in group and community practices
• Tax structuring and advice on restructuring and succession planning
• Contact person for business administration questions of the clients
• Collaboration with authorities, social security, medical association, and other external contacts

• Successfully passed tax advisor examination
• Completed accountant examination or profound knowledge in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm
• Experience in accounting and preparation of annual financial statements
• Enjoyment of personal and long-term client support
• Structured, independent, and responsible work approach
• High level of consulting and service orientation
• Interest in specialized tax topics in the healthcare sector or ideally already experience in supporting doctors
