Mandate management for complex corporate clients

• Preparation and review of annual financial statements and business tax returns
• Care of tax-advantaged private individuals
• Tax planning advice
• Business consulting
• Mandate management for audits
• Project and special tasks in further areas
• Development of professional processes and our digital law firm transformation

Tasks in auditing:

• Audit of annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• Due diligence audits and company valuations
• Tax reviews
• Advice on accounting and valuation issues

Qualifikation

Your profile.

• SUCCESSFUL completion of tax consultant exam and/or auditor's exam
• Fundamental knowledge of taxation and business consulting
• Engaged and independent working style
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and DATEV

• Communicative approach and pleasure in exchanging with clients
