• Comprehensive tax advice and support for companies in special economic situations
• Preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements in the context of restructuring and reorganization mandates
• Tax law assessment of concepts and contracts for the realignment of companies
• Communication with clients, tax authorities, and other parties involved in proceedings

• Admission as a Tax Advisor or a completed degree in business administration or law with a focus on tax law
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas such as restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency law
• Interest in varied mandates, enjoyment in actively contributing and making a difference
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills are an advantage
