We are looking for an ambitious tax advisor who will redefine the interface between tax expertise and technology with us. You will take responsibility for operational excellence and quality assurance and actively shape how we further develop our processes. Your Tasks

What you will do with us

• Client Service: Competent point of contact for tax issues and strategic advice

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest quality standards in all tax processes

• Operational Excellence: Independent preparation of annual financial statements and ongoing tax advice for our clients

• Process Development: Active participation in the further development of our procedures, together with our strategic technology partner

• Appointed tax advisor (or about to be) with experience in DATEV or comparable systems

• Hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves and are not afraid of operational tasks

• Tech affinity: You want to actively drive the industry forward through digitalization, automation, and AI

• High quality awareness: Diligence and accuracy are a matter of course for you

• Team player: You enjoy working across topics and teams with product and tech teams

• Desire to shape: You see an opportunity in a startup phase to help shape change

Process

1. Virtual get-to-know-you call

2. Onsite interviews: Meet the managing directors of the auditing firm, case study with team leads of tax assistants, office tour and meet other colleagues

3. Reference checks
