Advising clients on tax law issues and developing customized tax strategies
Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies of various sizes and industries
Review of tax assessments and representation of clients before tax authorities
Support and strategic advice in the context of corporate restructurings and transactions
Accompanying tax audits and legal remedy and/or litigation proceedings

Relevant professional experience of 3 years or more, as well as additional qualification as a Tax Advisor and/or LL.M.
Also welcome are specialized advisor titles or the desire to acquire them
Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
Good DATEV, M365, and research skills
Openness and good communication skills, as well as good or improvable English skills
Openness to our further process towards digital transformation and the use of AI
