Tasks

The following is expected of you:

• Tax consulting and support for a diverse client base in all tax-related and business economic matters
• Development and implementation of complex solution concepts for tax-related issues
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns - depending on the needs of the clients
• Support for entrepreneurs of various sizes, industries, and legal forms
• Design and accompaniment of audits and tax planning
• Function as a competent point of contact for clients and as a professional mentor (m/w/d) for colleagues

Qualification

You bring with you:

• Multiple years of experience as a tax consultant (m/w/d), ideally in a tax consulting firm
• A completed business studies degree or equivalent academic qualification and the tax consultant exam
• In-depth knowledge of tax law and an affinity for business economic topics
• Interest in leadership responsibility and active participation in shaping the future of the firm
• Ideal experience with DATEV and DMS, or willingness to learn these systems
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style
• A high level of discretion, loyalty, and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
