Tax Consultant (m/w/d) in Full- or Part-Time

KSP – Around 70 personalities, two locations in Düsseldorf and Munich, a nearly complete spectrum of tax consulting and auditing, and mandates that range from regional medium-sized enterprises to international corporations. So far so good – yet what sets us apart from other law firms of our size?

On the one hand, we advise over-average many large and internationally established companies. With our multilingual team and Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese desks, we advise clients directly in their native language. However, if you prefer to focus on national mandates, you're just as right with us.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

As a tax consultant (m/w/d), you will take on a central role with us. You are the direct point of contact for your clients and advise companies and private individuals comprehensively in tax and economic matters – scientifically founded, digitally supported, and always practice-oriented. In doing so, you actively shape, bring in your expertise, and contribute to the further development of our law firm.

• You advise your clients comprehensively and independently – from ongoing consulting to tax planning.
• You prepare annual financial statements for individuals and capital companies and accompany audits with an overview and professional competence.
• You review tax notices and take on the preparation and professional review of tax returns for companies and private individuals.
• You clarify sales tax questions and support complex tax issues – also (if desired) with international references.

Qualification

Your Profile

You take on responsibility, find fundamental solutions, and want to advise your clients independently and prospectively? At the same time, you value an environment that combines professional depth, internationality, and a sense of community? Then you're exactly right with us.

• You have successfully completed the tax consultant exam and ideally bring first to several years of professional experience with you.
• You are familiar with DATEV and know your way around common digital tools and processes in tax consulting.
• You move confidently in tax matters – ideally also with international references.
• You work discreetly, responsibly, and reliably – with an eye for the essential.
• You have good English skills in writing and speaking and would like to develop these further as needed through our in-house English trainer.
