Tasks

• Preparation and/or review of complex tax returns including organschaften
• Processing of company and group tax-related questions at a high level and development of solution proposals
• Participation in due diligence projects
• Accompaniment of business audits and legal proceedings

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics, law, or business administration
• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years, including additional qualification as a tax consultant and/or LL.M.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Good knowledge of Datev and MS Office
• Openness and good communication skills, as well as good or developable English language skills
