We are an auditing and tax consulting firm operating nationwide with over 140 employees at our locations in Stuttgart, Munich, Schorndorf, and Ludwigsburg.

As part of a planned succession, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality who will successfully further develop one of our locations and eventually grow into partnership and management.

• Close collaboration with the partners and gradual assumption of leadership in the context of office location succession, including disciplinary and professional leadership of employees at the Schorndorf location
• Independent and holistic support of predominantly medium-sized companies in tax, business management, and accounting matters, as well as expansion of the client base
• Strategic further development of the location and active shaping of the firm's orientation
• Preparation of sophisticated statements on accounting, valuation, and tax issues
• Support in knowledge transfer within the location
• Acquisition of new mandates
• Responsibility for high-quality work results towards our clients

• Successfully passed tax advisor examination
• Several years of professional experience in tax consulting for medium-sized companies, preferably also in an international environment
• Leadership experience desirable
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in long-term responsibility
• Strong communication skills, client orientation, and enjoyment of individual consulting solutions
• Good knowledge of MS Office and DATEV desirable
• Structured and independent way of working
• High team orientation, reliability, and professional appearance
