The Following Tasks Await You:

• Comprehensive tax and business consulting for your own client portfolio
• Ongoing and forward-looking advice to companies of various sizes, entrepreneurs, and demanding private clients
• Preparation, review, and analysis of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Development of tax planning ideas and guidance on complex issues
• Counseling your clients on entrepreneurial decisions, investments, restructuring, or succession matters
• Use of modern tools, digital workflows, and KI-supported solutions to relieve routine tasks
• Depending on interest, building your own professional focus areas or taking over more professional or organizational responsibility in the future

Requirements:

• Completed tax consultant exam and ideally first work experience in a tax consulting firm
• Pleasure in managing clients, not just processing them.
• Curiosity about digital developments, KI, automation, and modern working methods
• Desire for further development instead of stagnation
• Wish to question processes and make them better
• Sense for people, numbers, and entrepreneurial connections
• Openness to feedback and willingness to share knowledge
• Mindset that is not geared towards service after hours, but towards quality, development, and genuine thinking
• DATEV knowledge is helpful, but what's most important is your willingness to get familiar with modern systems and digital processes
