The Dr. Glade, König & Partner GmbH stands for comprehensive tax and business consulting in Neuss. We are looking for young professionals who want to delve into the tax law and auditing in depth.

• Digital work, remain pragmatic: We rely on modern IT and accounting software (Datev/Audicon). Our assistants and newcomers usually work digitally. At the same time, we remain pragmatic: If you find that physical handling is more efficient for complex issues, simply fall back on it. We offer a reliable framework for concentrated work.

Tasks

Your task area (Flexible mix of taxes and auditing):

• Individual alignment: Depending on your personal interests and strengths, we adapt the weighting of your tasks flexibly – from an extremely strong tax focus (90% taxes / 10% auditing) to a focus in auditing (e.g. 40% taxes / 60% auditing).
• Preparation of annual financial statements, tax balances, as well as business and private tax returns for clients of various sizes, industries, and legal forms.
• Participation in mandatory and voluntary annual audits – connected with very few hotel overnight stays per year.
• Development of expert opinions on tax-related issues.
• Active support in the care of tax audits for businesses.

Qualification

Your professional and personal profile:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree (BWL, WiWi, VWL or Jura) with relevant focus.
• Solid foundation: We do not expect you to know everything from the start. What is important to us is that your academic basis sits solidly. This includes secure knowledge of accounting basics, an understanding of the tax law system, and the ability to accurately categorize essential financial issues.
• Start-up: We are addressing both enthusiastic graduates who want to start their career directly and applicants who have already gained some experience.
