Sterile Processing Tech Lead

Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Sterile Processing AIP FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Weekend Nights Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Leads team members of an assigned area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities: Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures; provides guidance and support to team members as needed. Provides training and coaching to team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental standards. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other departments and teams within the organization. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of process improvements. Identifies and resolves problems that may impact the efficiency or effectiveness of the department. Maintains accurate records and reports as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
