STEM PhDs (Computer Science) AI Trainer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are seeking Computer Science PhDs to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading AI research lab. This role offers competitive pay of $65–$75/hour . In this position, you will apply your domain expertise to craft high-quality, challenging problems that have real-world applicability and help advance frontier large language models. Your work will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI innovation. Requirements Ideal Qualification: PhD in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc.) Strong foundational knowledge of AI concepts and machine learning techniques Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Have: Experience with large language models (LLMs). Experience in curriculum design or educational content creation. Familiarity with prompt engineering and/or data annotation.
