Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the further development and implementation of quality standards according to international norms (EN 9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part 21G/145).
• Deputy management of quality management and coordination of audits, including follow-up on actions. (Team size to be managed, 2 people)
• Optimization of the process landscape, ensuring the currency and efficiency of quality-relevant processes.
• Support for development and change projects in close cooperation with technical teams.
• Interface management with authorities, customers, and corporate partners on audits and quality issues.
• Initiation of new quality topics and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in quality management.
• Experience in dealing with international quality standards and regulations, preferably from aviation or the high-tech industry.
• Auditor knowledge existing or willingness to qualify.
• Methodological competence: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in international corporate structures and technology-oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and confident demeanor in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
