Aufgaben

• Coordination of IT projects at our customers
• Leadership of system integration specialists
• Sole responsibility for creating IT requirement definitions, IT concepts, and IT security guidelines, as well as presenting the results to the management team
• Responsibility for implementing your concepts and advising our customers on our services
• Care of server, storage, network, and IT security areas, as well as projects in the IT admin environment
• Installation and administration of Microsoft servers and Microsoft/Apple client systems (physical and virtual) at our customers, including analysis and troubleshooting
• Conceptualization and maintenance of all services within a Windows network
• Selection, procurement, installation, and documentation of IT systems according to customer requirements
• No helpdesk tasks (1st and 2nd level), as we have a central team for that

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a system integration specialist or equivalent education/study
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a system administrator (preferably in an IT system house)
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• In-depth experience in larger IT environments (10-200 clients) with common Windows server and client operating systems
• Experience in leading IT projects in the SME sector is advantageous
• Experience in implementing AI solutions (e.g. MS Copilot) is advantageous
• Independent working style in technical implementation and customer contact
• Ideal experience with alternative operating systems (e.g. Linux)
• Good communication skills, including presentations to customers
• Outstanding service- and customer-oriented approach
• High motivation, communication skills, confident demeanor, and teamwork
