Together with our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (280 seats), the à la carte restaurant (120 seats), our sun terrace, and our hotel bar. The team consists of approx. 35 employees, including trainees and interns.

• Collaboration with the Restaurant Manager in operations
• Participation in the leadership, motivation, and training of the service team
• Warm and professional service in the half-board as well as in the à la carte area, including table organization and wine recommendations
• Ensuring excellent guest service and smooth operational processes
• Implementation, control, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards
• Assistance with duty and staff scheduling, especially during the Restaurant Manager's absences
• Contribution to concepts for increasing revenue, guest loyalty, and developing offers
• Conducting training sessions within the service team
• Professional guidance and supervision of our trainees
