Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/w) Club

The public area within SHED includes the SHED.Market, SHED.Wein and the Event Lounge. In the non-public area of SHED, you will find the SHED.Club. As Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/w) Club, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our club, including the management of events, staff supervision, and customer service. Your tasks include: • Conceptualizing and implementing event concepts in collaboration with the Event Team; • Supervising and training a team of up to 20 employees; • Ensuring excellent customer service through proactive communication and conflict resolution; • Managing inventory and ordering supplies for the club; • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the club; • Collaborating with other departments (e.g. kitchen, bar) to ensure seamless operations; • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the club; • Monitoring and controlling budgets for events and operations; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
