Our employees are the key to our success, and we are looking for a Deputy Market Leader (m/w/d) who will support us in further developing our market presence and expanding our product range. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with several years of experience in the food retail industry. He/She should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to provide expert advice on all aspects of food and drink. In addition, he/she should have knowledge of the market and trends in the food retail industry, as well as the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies. The Deputy Market Leader (m/w/d) will be responsible for supporting the Market Leader in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the product range and assortment, and providing expert advice on all aspects of food and drink. He/She should also have experience with market research and analysis, as well as the ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to provide expert advice on all aspects of food and drink.
