• You ensure the sales readiness of your store Sieker Landstr. 118, 22927 Grosshansdorf/Schmalenbeck and are responsible for the ongoing operations when your store manager is not on site.
• You work hand in hand with your store manager and together you form a strong management team.
• You regularly coordinate with your store manager on control-relevant topics and ensure the communication of information and the assignment of tasks to your employees.
• You ensure that everything is in order in your store and take care of our customers by handling inquiries and complaints.
• You keep an eye on the key figures and manage turnover and inventory in coordination with your store manager.

• You have successfully completed vocational training in retail – ideally with relevant professional experience. However, career changers, for example from the hotel or gastronomy industry, are also very welcome here.
