In the Malsch branch, you will advise and support our customers full-time along with six other colleagues and our branch manager. In the absence of the manager, you will take on the responsible leadership of the team and manage daily operational business.

Tasks

• Customer contact management and support for assigned customers
• Holistic and independent support of assigned customers within the framework of our S-Finanzkonzept (Financial Concept) and with the involvement of specialists (for insurance, occupational pensions, securities business, and building savings)
• Active advice in the core competencies of service and liquidity, protection against life risks, retirement planning, building, optimizing, and structuring assets (primarily through independent securities business)
• Initiation discussions in private mortgage financing, generational management, and real estate
• Maintenance and intensification of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers
• Assumption of the deputy function

Qualification

• Bank specialist (Bankfachwirt) or comparable qualification
• Openness and enjoyment of working with customers
• Successful experience in customer advisory services

The annual gross remuneration depends on experience and qualifications and ranges from €55,468 to €76,448 (based on full-time) with approximately 14 monthly salaries, including the maximum amount for capital-forming benefits (plus an allowance of €1,800 p.a. for the deputy function for full-time)
