• You lead and train your team and plan the deployment of personnel
• You ensure compliance with all existing work instructions
• You are responsible for continuous internal MHD and freshness control in all product areas
• You are responsible for inventory management, compliance with predetermined product placement, product presence, and implementation of weekly sales activities across all departments in the store.
• You have responsibility for ensuring compliance with all laws governing the store (HACCP, Bio guidelines, price labeling, article description, and -outing)
• In your hands lies the training and mentoring of trainees and young leadership staff
• You lead representative meetings
• You are responsible for cost and revenue development, regular inventories, and product positioning and flow in the store, ensuring a smooth process

• You have completed a commercial education (preferably in the food industry)
• You possess initial leadership experience
• You have basic knowledge of products
• Pleasure in dealing with customers in direct sales conversations
• You love retail
• You are communicative, self-reliant, contact-friendly, and customer-oriented
