Deputy Department Head: Stationary Customer Service Stuttgart

We are looking for a Deputy Department Head to support our stationary customer service department in Stuttgart. As part of your function, you will provide assistance to the department leadership team with steering, organizing and developing the department with currently 45 employees.

• You ensure optimal floor allocation within the team, create the monthly personnel deployment plan and guarantee smooth processes in your role, thereby contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
• You support the team with all customer inquiries regarding Breuninger Card, Vorteilswelt Beyond, claims management, tax-free processing, gift card sales, multichannel service, and other customer-oriented services.
• You monitor compliance with existing processes, including their analysis and optimization for efficiency gains and error prevention in collaboration with the department leadership team.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, deriving potential for improvement, and managing escalations for complex customer requests are also part of your responsibilities.
• In addition, you are responsible for customer care and representation at Kunden-Events.
