The EDEKA-Märkte Ingolf Schubert company was founded in 2005 by Ingolf Schubert and developed successfully over the course of 21 years with seven stationary markets, including four EDEKA markets in Waren (Müritz) and three EDEKA markets in Rostock, as well as one internet shop in each city. The company philosophy – quality, service, freshness, diversity – is upheld by all 377 employees on a sales area of approximately 11,720 square meters against our customers, employees, trainees, and suppliers. Our goal is to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers through high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a modern store design. We are looking for a Deputy Market Leader who will support us in achieving this goal. The tasks of the Deputy Market Leader include: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and improve brand awareness; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth; • Collaborating with the Market Leader to set goals and objectives for the market; • Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service; • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office.
