Tasks
- You support and represent the store management, jointly leading the store together
- The performance of the store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential
- You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
- You work closely with the management team
- You lead your employees fairly and engagingly, focusing on their further development
- You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere
Qualification
- Experience in retail on large sales floors
- Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks
- Experience in employee leadership and development, as well as recruitment
- Achievement-oriented, open-minded leadership personality
- Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation
- Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
