For our store in Hannover, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager / stellv. Filialleiter (m/w/d) on a full-time basis

You are a passionate leadership figure who wants to make something happen. You supervise a motivated team and manage the challenges of a large fashion store.

Tasks

• You support and represent the branch management, jointly leading the store
• The performance of the store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential
• You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
• You work closely together with the management team
• You lead your employees fairly and engagingly with a focus on their further development
• You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

Qualification

• Experience in retail on large sales floors
• Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks
• Experience in employee leadership and development as well as recruitment
• Action-oriented, open-minded leadership personality
• Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation
• Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
